Parts Clerk

What does this mean for parts?

We've doubled our parts sales in the last year, and our steady sales have greatly reduced the downtime normally found in other parts departments. Our SIGNATURE and OFFROAD divisions, newly named HDB OFFROAD and HDB SIGNATURE, are in full expansion, and we're reinventing the parts department in a dealership.

We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, who's structured, who communicates well and, above all, who has a great attitude, someone for whom nothing is impossible!

Here are the tasks related to the position:

- Greet and inform customers;
- Serve technicians, order parts;
- Advise, suggest and sell products;
- Place specific orders;
- Provide information on invoices and collect payments;
- Build customer loyalty;
- Apply the sales policy defined by the manager;
- Receive merchandise and manage in-store inventory.

Requirements :

- Experience in the automotive field (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of mechanics;
- Computer literate;
- Passionate about cars;
- Versatile, dynamic and able to take initiative.
- Physical strength to move: Batteries, tires and heavy parts, body parts.

Job type: full-time.
