With over 50 years of experience, we've built up a gigantic bank of customers who either come back to us to buy new vehicles and/or whom we need to contact to tell them about the added value of changing vehicles with us.

Our team needs someone like you to work on building customer loyalty.

Your main responsibilities:

- Solicit customers to change their vehicle;
- Ask the right questions and listen to the customer's needs;
- Advise and guide customers in their choice of vehicle;
- Explain and offer credit pre-approval services;
- Bring the customer in for a meeting with the renewal manager;
- Maintain constant communication with the customer and support the Renewal Manager;
- Take BDC overflow as required;
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements:

- At least one year of experience in a similar position;
- Exceptional customer service;
- Excellent oral and written French and English;
- Well-structured, rigorous, consistent, motivated and dynamic;
- Be comfortable with computers and have good typing speed;
- Ability to follow several conversations at once.

Compensation:

- Your compensation package will be one of the most competitive in the industry, consisting of a base salary plus a bonus. If you put in the effort, you can make a minimum of $65,000 a year.
