Job description
Our Paillé Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Sorel-Tracy is looking for a dynamic, organized coach for its sales team!
This young dealership has the wind in its sails, and has a great team of advisors with excellent sales flow. We need a team player to guide the players and, naturally, keep scoring goals!
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and motivating a competent sales team with the ability to achieve and maintain sales targets;
- Keep sales consultants motivated;
- Equip the team professionally;
- Ensure uniformity and unity within the department;
- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing the sales plan;
- Participate in the sales process to attract new customers and help advisors close sales opportunities;
- Participate in Board meetings;
- Identify sales opportunities. Ability to develop and execute a game plan;
- Ensure that sales, market penetration and gross margin targets are met;
- Review sales progress at the end of each quarter;
- Provide feedback and take action to achieve sales targets;
- Ensure that the company's code of ethics is understood and respected;
- Take care of after-sales service;
- Work with the Nicolet dealership to ensure that the company's values and ideals are respected;
- Perform all related duties of a sales manager.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business management and sales;
- Knowledge of Chrysler products (an asset);
- Bilingualism (impeccable French-intermediate English) will also be an excellent asset for business relations.
