Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Sell maintenance, lubrication, safety inspection and similar services required by the manufacturer;
- Accurately record problems with the customer's car on the repair order;
- Take into account previous overhauls and make recommendations for additional repairs;
- Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of the cost of labor and parts;
- Explain to customers the nature of the work performed and all related costs;
- Verify the extent of warranty coverage on the vehicle to be repaired before undertaking the work;
- Notify shop dispatcher of work to be performed.
Requirements:
- Experience with customer service and be able to distinguish yourself through the service you offer;
- Automotive knowledge.
- Driver's licence required;
- Strong team spirit.
