Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, the Renewal Manager will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:

- Manage the leasing portfolio;
- Communicating and answering calls from lease customers to schedule appointments;
- Meet with customers and apply sales steps to advise them;
- Handle transactions between merchants;
- Assist with inventory management;
- Perform other job-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of a CRM;
- Good priority management, organized and customer service oriented;
- Team player.

The incumbent must be bilingual (French and English). Some of our customers speak English. This is a full-time position, from Monday to Friday, and we offer a base salary and attractive commissions, including monthly bonuses.
