Used Vehicles Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a dynamic USED Vehicles Sales Representative to join our team at Toyota Pointe-Claire. If

Summary:
As a Sales Representative for used vehicles, you will be responsible for selling cars according to gross profit standards,
sales volume, and customer satisfaction. You will also explain product performance, operation, and benefits to potential
customers directly in the showroom, over the phone, or via email.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Welcoming Customers: Warmly welcome our customers and offer them an exceptional experience from the
moment they arrive.

    • Vehicle Presentation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our used vehicles, recommending those that
best meet the customers' needs.

    • Test Drives: Organize and accompany customers on test drives, guiding them through the vehicle's features
and performance.

    • Negotiation and Sales Closing: Conduct negotiations with customers to close mutually beneficial sales,
ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Post-Sales Follow-Up: Ensure post-sales follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage referrals
and repeat sales.

    • Administrative Follow-Up: Efficiently coordinate the follow-up of files with our financial advisors to ensure a
smooth and stress-free experience.

    • Knowledge Updates: Stay informed about new trends, products, and accessories in the automotive market to
better advise our clientele.

    • Initiative: Take initiatives to improve sales processes and customer service, contributing to the optimization of
our operations.

    • Rigor: Work rigorously in all tasks, paying close attention to detail and ensuring precision in the execution of
responsibilities.

Your Strengths:
    • Perfectly bilingual, both oral and written (French and English);
    • Excellent sales results;
    • Hold a valid driver's license and capable of driving manual vehicles;
    • Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and rigor;
    • Motivation to achieve objectives;
