Job description
Tasks:
- Greeting customers;
- Open and close work orders;
- Scheduling appointments with customers over the phone or in person;
- Selling vehicle maintenance, alignment and breakdown services.
Requirements:
- Speed and efficiency;
- Team player;
- Comfortable with sales;
- Knowledge of the Serti system (an asset);
- Comfortable with customer service.
