Main responsibilities:
- Meet with customer to complete final paperwork required for vehicle delivery;
- Organize customer file in order and follow established guidelines;
- Ensure that all documents are present in the file;
- Ensure understanding of documents presented;
- Answer customer's questions;
- Carry out rigorous follow-up of customer files;
- Provide exemplary customer service.
Training
Qualifications et compétences requises:
- Posséder une expérience pertinente en vente et en service à la clientèle;
- Avoir de l’entregent, posséder un excellent service à la clientèle et être passionné par la vente;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Professionnalisme, courtoisie et présentation soignée;
- Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler en équipe;
