Brief job description :

Your main responsibilities will be to sell parts to our customers over the counter and on the phone, as well as to serve the technicians in the shop. You will need to advise our customers effectively, provide high-quality customer service and perform any other related tasks.

Our requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a parts clerk;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Knowledge of Mazda products (an asset);
- Autonomy, organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Experience: Parts agent / clerk (0 to 1 years experience).

Communication: French (essential).
