Junior Service Advisor

Our well known garage in Brossard for 40 years is currently looking for a candidate to join our dynamic team of experts.

Tasks of the position:

- Greet customers;
- Gather information on the vehicle;
- Define the work to be done on the vehicle;
- Provide outstanding customer service;
- Sell the necessary products or maintenance;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Organizational skills;
- French and English, written;
- Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

The position is full-time, weekdays. Candidates will also be required to work Saturdays during November and 3 weeks during May.
