Sales Representative - New Vehicles

Volvo Cars Mont-Royal is currently looking for a New Vehicles Sales Representative, and as soon as possible!

Job description:

- Sales of new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Delivery and explanation of vehicles sold;
- Customer follow-up;
- Follow-up with potential customers;
- Lease renewals;
- Web requests follow-up;
- Telephone/email solicitation;
- Efficient completion of sales and rental forms;
- Moving vehicles for the department;
- Inter-dealership exchange;
- Data entry;
- Handling payment transactions;
- Obtaining and checking credit applications;
- Collection of deposits and issue of receipts;
- Appointment setting;
- Production of letters and documents;
- Review of sales contracts to ensure that they are complete and comply with requirements;
- Validation of financing and insurance charges;
- Vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institution standards.

Tools you master:

- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of CDK Global - One-Eighty (an asset);
- Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

Our requirements:

- 1 year of experience as a Sales Consultant;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French and English;
- Driving licence.
