What's your role?

Under the Service Manager's supervision, your mission will be to make the mechanical workshop shine and ensure the total satisfaction of our customers. Here are your main responsibilities:

- Coordinate and inspire your team (technicians and washers), ensuring an efficient distribution of tasks.
- Ensure that your technicians fully understand technical issues.
- Ensure that every task is completed on time, to standard and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Create an environment where everyone can grow and excel professionally.
- Communicate manufacturer's technical news to your team and ensure compliance with Kia warranties and policies.
- Estimate and plan work on used vehicles, so they're ready to shine on our sales floor.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

What you bring:

- Natural leadership that inspires and unites around common goals.
- Technical knowledge of Kia mechanics (a major asset).
- Solid experience in mechanical workshop management or in a similar environment.
- A talent for organization and priority management.
- Comfortable with computers? Mastery of management software such as SERTI is a plus.
