We are looking for a General Sales Manager with a passion for performance and excellence, to lead our new and used vehicle sales departments. You will play a key role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, while ensuring that volume and profit targets are met.

Description of daily tasks:

Your responsibilities, your avenue to success:

- Involvement in every transaction: Intervene personally at key moments to ensure the success of every sale;
- Sales team management: Recruit, coach and mentor team members to maximize their performance;
- Coaching and continuous training: Organize regular sessions to develop sales skills and improve customer service;
- Performance appraisal: Conduct monthly and quarterly appraisals, set clear objectives and monitor progress;
- Inventory management: Supervise stock rotation and optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs;
- Merchandising: Ensure that vehicles are well presented in the showroom, online, and outdoors, in accordance with standards;
- Sales strategy development : Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability while delivering exceptional hospitality;
- Event supervision : Organize events and promotional campaigns to boost sales;
- Sales process optimization : Improve every step of the sales process to deliver a smooth and memorable customer experience.

Profile:

- Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams with a focus on objectives and customer satisfaction;
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to transform transactions into memorable experiences;
- Natural leadership with the ability to motivate a team towards excellence;
- In-depth knowledge of F&I processes and sales management tools;
- Strategic vision to develop short and long term action plans.
