Service and Parts Advisor

Job description:

MASERATI LAVAL is currently looking for a serious, reliable and motivated bilingual candidate to fill the position of SERVICE AND PARTS CONSULTANT in its team, to serve its valued clientele.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Greet customers;
    • Generate repair and/or maintenance estimates;
    • Suggest products and services required according to the age, mileage and general condition of vehicles, including those recommended by the manufacturer;
    • Open work orders;
    • Rigorously follow up customer files;
    • Issue invoices;
    • Perform after-sales and parts service support tasks;
    • Ensure parts are available and ready for service appointments;

Job requirements :

    • Experience in the automotive field (luxury products desirable);
    • Ability to work as part of a team;
    • Bilingual in French and English (10/10), both oral and written;
    • Sales skills to suggest maintenance and additional work required to ensure the safety and good condition of the vehicle;
    • World-class customer service;
    • Knowledge of ADP/CDK software an asset.
