Job description

Groupe Fix Auto is currently looking for an experienced ACCOUNTING CLERK to join our dynamic administrative team.

Position summary:

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for:

- Accounts payable: reconciling POs with invoices, posting supplier invoices, issuing supplier cheques and filing;
- Accounts receivable: deposit, send statements of account, follow up on receivables that are 60 days or more overdue, record deposits;
- Verifying and generating various reports;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Monthly accounting of parity committee reports;
- Posting all transactions to the bank account.

Qualifications / experience:

- Accounting studies or relevant experience;
- Minimum of one (2) years of experience (full cycle of accounts payable and receivable);
- Knowledge of Nexera software (asset);
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite;
- Functional English;
- Punctual and assiduous;
- Courtesy, professionalism, autonomy and discretion.
