Service Advisor

Salary:

- Annual salary up to $80,000 depending on performance;
- Base salary plus commissions.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Good computer skills (Serti, an asset);
- Sales skills;
- Ford product knowledge (an important asset).

Brief job description:

You will greet customers and gather the information required to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also sell maintenance services according to customer needs, while ensuring quality customer service. Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files.
