Here's what we're looking for:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Knowledge of Ford products (an asset);
- Excellent sales skills;
- Good command of French and functional English;
- Versatility, rigor, attention to detail, good organization and discretion;
- Knowledge of CDK Drive / One Eighty software (an asset);
- Good team spirit, positive attitude, good listening skills and good stress management;
- Valid driver's licence.
