A leader in the field of automobile warranty claims for over 15 years, Formule Service Prestige is currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Claims Agent.

FSP works with GM dealerships. As a company committed to the well-being of its employees, Formule Service Prestige offers flexible working hours and the possibility of telecommuting (75/25) to reconcile work and family.
The main office is in Bécancour, but it's also possible to work from Saint-Eustache.

Your mandate:

The Agent will be responsible for preparing, submitting and following up claims files while ensuring compliance with the requirements of the various manufacturers.

Your profile and skills :

- Experience in the automotive field;
- Rigorous and courteous;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong ability to focus on the task at hand;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of Serti, Flexilog, Reynolds and/or other platforms.
