Job description
Montmorency Ford, a major dealership on Montreal's South Shore, is looking for a candidate with experience in a car dealership parts department (Ford products, an asset).
We're looking for someone with a logical mindset, good customer relations skills and a good sense of organization and priorities. Experience in the automotive industry is a must.
and knowledge of CDK software and/or Ford products are considerable assets.
The position is for a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2:30pm).
The incumbent serves customers over the phone.
Requirements:
- Punctual, honest and diligent;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge/experience of Microcat and ADP software an asset.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist team members technically or with problem cases;
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to maintain inventory;
- Communicate with customers for parts sales (phone, email and in person).
- Research and identify parts on various platforms and suppliers, contact vendors to obtain price quotes, etc.;
- Follow up with customers on orders and deliveries;
- Develop new customers and collaborate in the development of parts sales according to target markets;
- Participate in improving department processes;
- Assist in the sourcing of parts for the workshop.
