Job description:

We are currently looking for a motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're a self-starter, resourceful and detail-oriented, this is the job for you! The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude, excellent customer service and strong priority management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism;
- Answer calls efficiently and assign customers to salespeople on a rotational basis;
- Maintain customer files and CRM information;
- Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, including taking deposits and payments;
- Ensure after-sales follow-up and customer reminders;
- Collaborate with the accounting department for data entry;
- Respond to customer requests and provide exceptional customer support;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as parcels and deliveries;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.

*Responsibilities may evolve depending on the individual's interest and skills.

Profile:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role;
- Excellent telephone etiquette and familiarity with telephone systems;
- Experience in the automotive field (an asset);
- Knowledge of Activix and Serti software (an asset);
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping;
- Bilingualism essential, both oral and written.
