Receptionist

440 Ford Lincoln Laval, a renowned dealership, is looking for a dynamic, organized and multitasking receptionist to join our team. If you have an excellent sense of customer service, a great ability to manage multiple responsibilities and wish to evolve in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is made for you!

Your responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome customers, direct them and guarantee an impeccable reception experience.
- Effectively manage incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Ensure accurate updating and management of in-stock vehicle files.
- Add and maintain up-to-date customer information in our CRM to ensure optimal personalized follow-up.
- Coordinate vehicle exchanges with other dealers.
- Participate in various administrative tasks (document management, databases, etc.).

Your profile :

- Well-groomed presentation and strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.
- Proficiency with computer software and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in reception or administration, ideally in the automotive sector (an asset).
- Smiling, dynamic personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, proactivity and ability to evolve in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Schedules :

- Full-time or part-time position.
- Availability to work days and/or evenings.
- The dealership is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm, and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
