Sales Representative

440 Ford Lincoln Laval, a renowned dealership, is looking for a dynamic, high-performance sales representative to join our team and contribute to our success. Responsibilities:

- Welcome and advise customers by offering them a highly personalized sales experience, adapted to their needs and preferences;
- Demonstrate and test drive vehicles, highlighting their distinctive features;
- Negotiate confidently to close sales while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
- Follow up regularly with customers after the sale to maintain long-term relationships of trust and encourage loyalty;
- Identify and exploit sales opportunities by anticipating customer needs and meeting your monthly targets;
- Use CRM effectively to track prospects and keep customer files up to date;
- Follow up on vehicle preparation prior to delivery, to ensure that it meets quality standards and incorporates all customer requests. Perform a final inspection and assist the customer during delivery to ensure a hassle-free experience;
- Keep abreast of new products, market trends and promotional offers to optimize sales.

Profile:

- Sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector (a major asset);
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and close sales through an attentive, personalized approach;
- Neat appearance and impeccable professional attitude;
- Comfortable with computer systems and CRM management tools;
- Initiative and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Ambition to build a career within the company with opportunities for advancement;
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand and anticipate customer needs;
- Team spirit and ability to contribute to an environment focused on collective performance;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.

Working hours:

- Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m;
- Two rotating shifts: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or noon to 8 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
