We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Clerk, Vehicle Check-In with experience in data entry. You will be part of the Operation team.
You will be involved in manually entering vehicle information into our inventory management systems, and assign inventory stock numbers. The ideal candidate will have one to two years experience in data entry.
You Are:
- Detail-oriented. You will ensure the keying data is accurate.
You Will:
- Responsible for manually entering vehicle information into our inventory management systems via iPhone application in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Assign inventory stock number, open repair orders, and register vehicles to upcoming online sales.
- Perform other duties such as removing license plates, cleaning equipment station, and organizing/ filing license plates under customer names.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Have:
- High School diploma or equivalent in education/experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace applications
- Valid G Driver's License - clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Good customer service, time management and organizational skills.
