THE ROLE:
Copart Inc. is excited about its recent expansion and launch of Cash for Cars here in Canada. Cash for Cars allows the general public to sell any car, SUV, truck, motorcycle, boat and motor home quickly, safely and easily. No advertising, strangers coming to your home, test drives, bad payments, etc. Vehicles are picked up within 24-48 hours and a guaranteed payment is made on the spot. It's that easy!
Cash for Cars.ca is seeking a motivated and driven Vehicle Purchasing Agents (VPA) to field both incoming and outgoing calls nationally from automobile owners/sellers. The VPA acting as an Inside Sales Rep will be required to negotiate a fair price, fulfill all necessary data collection and schedule a convenient pick-up time while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a Work From Anywhere (WFA) position that allows you to work remotely from your home office. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, team player with great multitasking abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential sellers to secure and pick up vehicles.
- Receive inbound calls from various marketing initiatives aimed at attracting sellers.
- Act as primary contact for sellers and liaison to departments/divisions within Copart.
- Negotiate a fair purchasing price with sellers and secure vehicles for pick up.
- Collect and complete all necessary disclosure forms to ensure accuracy of vehicle description.
- Generate orders in Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
- Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally.
- Completing required tasks accurately and timely with attention to detail is imperative.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Salesforce and five9 Experience is a plus.
- Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills.
- Assist in the preparation, management and execution of regularly scheduled reports.
- Proven Telephone Sales skills with at least 2+ years proven experience working as a sales agent, account manager/account executive.
- Fluent in French - verbal and written and asset but not a requirement.
- Automotive industry experience a plus
