Responsibilities - your mandate:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to customers in a professional manner, and perform various support functions as requested by your superior;
- Oversee the preparation for delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional;
- Verify that the sales representative and sales manager have completed all necessary documentation to avoid post-delivery pitfalls;
- Explain and have the customer sign the financing documents;
- Explain and present vehicle functions;
- Carry out vehicle registration (SAAQCLIC);
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, offer a tour of the dealership facilities and introduce customers to the appropriate personnel, including the manager and after-sales advisor;
- Ensure that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their vehicle;
- Deal promptly with customer problems or complaints, informing the Sales Manager immediately;
- Support the sales department in various tasks: moving vehicles in the field, etc..;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Your profile:

- As we serve a bilingual clientele, the person must be comfortable expressing him/herself in English and French;
- Relevant experience in a car dealership, an asset;
- Professionalism;
- Multitasking ability, structure and organization;
