Accounting Clerk

We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the most successful dealership in the Greater Montreal area.

We are looking for candidates who have 2 years of experience in the same position within a dealership. If you are dynamic, motivated and efficient, come join our great team.

Reporting to the Controller, the main responsibility of the position will be to perform all tasks related to the accounting department.

Tasks :

- Account for vehicle sales;
- Calculate commissions and discounting of files;
- Follow-up on receivables related to vehicle sales;
- Manage the financing of vehicles in inventory;
- Follow up on deliveries;
- Verification of internal invoices;
- Perform various accounting tasks such as supporting and replacing your colleagues as needed.

Profile sought:

- Experience in accounting;
- Similar experience in another dealership is an asset;
- Knowledge of the PBS system (an asset);
- Comfortable with numbers and organized;
- Initiative and professionalism at all times;
- Dynamic and excellent team player;
- Ability to plan and organize work;
- Multitasking and teamwork skills.
