Main responsibilities:

- Perform work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership;
- Carry out repairs on vehicles;
- Work with other team members to accomplish a mission of complete customer satisfaction;
- Maintains close communication with the team of consultants in the service when additional procedures are required or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed time frame;
- Attend in-person and online training sessions as required;
- Perform road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.

Qualifications et compétences requises :

- Un an d'expérience (ou plus) à titre de mécanicien;
- De l'expérience en diagnostic de véhicules (un atout);
- D'excellentes capacités en communication;
- Des connaissances des voitures électriques hybrides (un atout);
- Une forte éthique du travail en équipe;
- Détenir une carte de compétence émise par le Comité Paritaire de l’Automobile.
