Rive Sud Chrysler Dodge Jeep, a renowned dealership in Brossard, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating repairs with our team of qualified Technicians.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and listen carefully to their concerns about their vehicles;
- Communicate diagnostics and provide cost and time estimates for necessary repairs;
- Monitor repair work with technicians;
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with customers throughout the repair process;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering their questions and providing solutions to their problems in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a technical consultant or in a similar role;
- Knowledge of the Serti operating system (an asset);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Valid driver's licence.
