Job description
Longueuil Kia, part of Groupe Motion, a dynamic and growing automotive company, is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our passionate team.

Main tasks:
- Set and monitor departmental objectives;
- Ensure outstanding customer service;
- Know and apply manufacturer's warranty terms and policies;
- Maintain a high quality repair service and reduce returns to the workshop;
- Handle customer complaints promptly;
- Determine work methods based on results to be achieved and available human and material resources.

Profile:
- Management experience, ideally in the automotive service department;
