Mr. Réjean Losier and his sons, Simon and Maxime, became devotees of these iconic Japanese cars by taking part in rally races. Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Mr. Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in Blainville in 2003, in partnership with Groupe Boisvert. It was the start of a great adventure!

Today, Groupe Losier, owner of 4 Mitsubishi dealerships and several recreational vehicle and used vehicle dealerships, has a bright future ahead of it. As a result, we're constantly on the lookout for new talent to add to our teams.

Here's a DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS:

The Senior Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative/Assistant Sales Manager plays a supporting role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Sales:

- Welcoming customers; greeting each customer with enthusiasm and determination;
- Assess customer needs; identify specific customer requirements, including budget, model and feature preferences;
- Make vehicle presentations; explain the features, options and benefits of the different vehicle models available, organize test drives to enable customers to test drive the cars;
- Giving advice and recommendations; providing personalized advice to help customers choose the vehicle that best suits their needs;
- Negotiate prices; discuss and negotiate prices with customers, taking into account discounts, promotions and trade-ins;
- Manage sales files; prepare and manage sales documentation;
- After-sales follow-up; follow up with customers after purchase to ensure their satisfaction and build loyalty, possibly proposing additional services or upgrades;
- Have good product knowledge; keep abreast of new models and technical specifications;
- Meet sales targets; work to achieve sales targets set by management;
- Team collaboration; work closely with other team members;
- Participate in ongoing training activities on sales, customer service and product offerings;
- Knowledge of the automotive market in Quebec and the region.

Inventory management:

- Ensure that pre-owned vehicles are in impeccable condition in keeping with the brand image;
- Take photos of used vehicles and display them.

Here are the ideal SKILLS and BEHAVIORS we're looking for:

- Ability to manage several files simultaneously;
- Ability to determine priorities;
- Knowledge of the following computer programs: Merlin, SERTI, Activix and Suite Office;
- General knowledge of the policies, rules, procedures and laws of the automotive industry and the Office de la protection du consommateur;
- Versatility and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Bilingualism (FR/EN).
