The Role

Ultra Manufacturing is searching for a Mould Maker who is looking for new opportunities to grow and develop with a dynamic, forward thinking organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following...

 

• Participate and perform Preventative Maintenance on the injection moulds;
• Responsible for the accurate completion of any engineering changes, tool improvements and/or repairs as requested on new and existing injection moulds;
• Responsible for the troubleshooting and repairs to hot runner and valve gate systems in the injection moulds;
• Involved with the diagnostics and improvements to tooling and the processes;
• Able to instruct apprentices, as required;
• Responsible for the thorough inspection of new tooling.
• Ability to work the night shift
