Job description
Volvo Cars St-Léonard, under new young and dynamic management, is expanding its accounting department. We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk with experience in the automotive field.
Duties:
- Complete the accounts payable and receivable process;
- Enter supplier invoices;
- Produce cheques;
- Follow-up on account statements;
- File account-related documents;
- Manage and follow up on accounts receivable;
- Send account statements;
- Monitor credit limits;
- Participate in month-end and year-end processes;
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed;
- Perform any other related tasks as required and requested by management.
Skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-dealership environment;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite);
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and with high volume;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Knowledge of PBS software (an asset);
- Bilingual (French and English).
