CHRISTIN CHEVROLET BUICK GMC is a family business established for over 67 years in the east of the city of Montreal.

We are looking for a candidate who will stand out for their initiative, their sense of communication and their dedication to our after-sales service customers.

We are currently looking for a Follow-ups & Appointments Clerk to complement our team in our after-sales service.

Here are the main tasks of the position:

- Make appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments;
- Answer incoming calls from the service department;
- Make outgoing calls (promotional campaign, maintenance reminders, warranty repairs and manufacturer recalls, etc.);
- Perform all other related tasks related to department communication.

Requirements:

- Have experience in a similar position and/or in customer service;
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, empathy and a sense of professionalism;
- Have good French diction as well as functional English;
- Be focused on customer satisfaction;
- Have knowledge of Reynold's ERA IGNITE systems;
- Know the Activix customer tracking system well.
