We're looking for:
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Stock In/Security for our Vars, Ontario location with experience in inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with vehicles, or in a security capacity.

You Will:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure site security by maintaining the auction perimeter and verifying proper clearance for personnel and customers, transporters, and supply companies
- Responsible for completing vehicle check-in/check-out as per established procedures, using a handheld device
- Ensure vehicles are processed with window stickers and GPS transponders
- Look up AuctionTrac data for customers, guiding them to where the inventory is located
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years experience in a Security role is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A valid Drivers' license is required
- Valid BST license (if required in province)
- Basic computer & smartphone skills
- Experience working outside in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions
- Bilingual in French/English
