Position Summary:

To be an integral part of the Account Executive team in helping our dealers exceed their sales goals in credit insurance and extended warranties products.

Job duties:

- Effectively contribute to our network's sales growth by supporting and coaching financial managers in achieving their business objectives;
- Analyze the distributor's sales objectives, implement a strategy and action plan;
- Observe, coach and train financial managers on their sales approach as well as on SSQ products (credit insurance, replacement and extended warranties);
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with business and professional network through courtesy visits and representation activities;
- Produce, interpret and follow up on various reports;
- Support existing customers and the administrative support team;
- Attend various training and sales meetings on a monthly basis.

Profile required :

- Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a financial manager in a car or RV dealership (an asset);
- Good computer skills and knowledge of a DMS (Dealer Management System) such as Merlin, CDK, etc..;
- Good command of spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset;
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Coaching, knowledge transfer and workshop facilitation skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Autonomy, analytical skills and creativity;
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle for frequent travel;
- Available to travel on a regular basis.
