Groupe ALBI le Géant is currently looking for Service Advisors to join our team.

Main responsibilities - the Service Advisor position is a fine hybrid between sales and the technical side of automotive mechanics. You'll be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the information needed to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of our customers' vehicles. You'll be responsible for promoting maintenance services and scheduling work, while ensuring quality customer service.
Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned technical advisor, we'd love to talk with you!
Job requirements:
- Experience in a similar customer service position;
- Experience in the automotive field (an important asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
Working conditions:
- Daytime position, from Monday to Friday, full-time;
- Permanent position;
- Base salary + bonus plan.
