Delivery Coordinator

Join an experienced dealership established in a major market for over 30 years. St-Eustache Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, formerly Denis Breton Chevrolet, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join its team. On a day-to-day basis, this person is primarily responsible for managing the delivery of new and pre-owned vehicles, and for presenting the car's features to new owners. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment of integrity, dynamism and performance.

We're looking for a bilingual person (ideally) who communicates well and will represent our dealership proudly and professionally. This person must have customer satisfaction at heart. Be adept with current technology. This position offers great conditions and a day and evening schedule, from Monday to Friday.

Duties:

- Sign all documents required for the sale of the vehicle (some documents to prepare);
- Coordinate the day's deliveries;
- Ensure that the vehicle is ready and compliant for delivery;
- Present and explain vehicle options;
- Ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the vehicle;
- Install license plates;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Bilingualism is an asset, but you must have knowledge of SAAQclic, and the Serti and Merlin environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
