Sentes Automotive has three dealership locations in Kelowna: Lexus of Kelowna, Kelowna Mercedes-Benz, and Kelowna Infiniti Nissan. We are a family owned, progressive and dynamic automotive group.
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a hard-working team at Kelowna Infiniti Nissan. This position is an exceptional and exciting opportunity within our group. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment but also independently, loves customer service, is mechanically inclined, takes pride in going above and beyond with their work, and is detail oriented. We offer a full-time position in a progressive and professional work environment that is full of opportunities and growth potential. As a Service Advisor, you report to the Service Manager and your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure customer’s service needs are met and their impression of the dealership is enhanced by explaining the maintenance and/or repairs, timelines, and financial obligations required and arriving at the best possible solution
- Maintain a strong level of communication with technicians to promote the adherence of timelines and cost guidelines
- Positively and proactively work with our clients to guide them through the service experience
- Ensure all processes are followed during customer visit to maximize CSI results
- Ensure client communication is clear, regarding warranty, service issues, timelines, and rates of investment required to maintain their vehicle
