New Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Contact customers to confirm their appointments to take possession of their new vehicle;
- Follow up on vehicle preparation with the service department;
- Prepare documents and customer file prior to delivery;
- Finalize paper delivery with customer, document signatures, payments;
- Finalize physical delivery with customer.e, present vehicle and explain how vehicle technology works.

Desired qualifications:

- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset);
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent customer service.
