Job description
As a Liaison Agent, you will be the central point between our workshop and our customers. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure smooth communication between the body shop team and customers;
- Coordinate appointments and deadlines with customers and team;
- Provide regular progress updates to customers;
- Handle inquiries and resolve any problems in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the auto body industry strongly preferred;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Working knowledge of project management software (an asset).
