Job description
The Centre de collision Ile-Perrot, member of Groupe AutoForce, is looking for a Body Shop Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Establish body shop objectives and manage the annual budget to ensure profitable operations;
- Actively participate in estimates and supervise appraisers, ensuring that Groupement des assureurs automobiles (GAA) standards are met;
- Monitor work progress and guarantee on-time delivery to ensure quality repair service;
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively manage customer complaints;
- Manage, motivate and train the center team, including technicians, assessors and liaison officer;
- Analyze staffing needs and recruit and hire new employees;
- Analyze technician productivity reports and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency;
- Maintain good relations with insurance adjusters and suppliers;
- Ensure effective management of documentation related to repairs and operations.
Profile:
- More than 5 years of experience in body shop management;
- Strong leadership skills and team spirit;
- Communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Proficiency in estimating software and computer tools;
- Ability to communicate with a bilingual clientele (French and English);
- Knowledge of industry standards and insurance procedures.
