About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support the profit-sharing program at Magna International. The Analyst, HR Systems will work closely with the Manager, HR Systems to assist with the process.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for calculating allocations for specific groups of participants in Magna's Canadian profit sharing plan
  • Prepare documents and instructions for the profit sharing process
  • Analyze data and identify data issues, escalating as required
  • Ensure data is accurate


Who we are looking for

 

  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with HR systems (experience supporting Workday / PeopleSoft is an asset)
  • Payroll experience is an asset
  • Experience with programming and coding is an asset


Your preferred qualifications

 

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and command of Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel Skills are required
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of DBMS and SQL
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
