We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Bedford, NS Dealershipas a Service Advisor. This is a Full Time, permanent position.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Scheduling customer appointments
  • Creating work orders upon phone book in
  • Providing estimates and quoting repair work
  • Ensuring follow up with customers
  • Completing work order once service is complete
  • Collecting payment for work done
  • Assisting in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service Manager
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Job Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Service writer /CSR training and/or certificates
  • 1 years working experience in a customer service or sales position.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Proven data entry, data editing and typing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Organizational and priority-setting skills
  • Ability to multitask
