A day in the life...
As an Automotive Parts Manager, you will oversee and manage the dealership's parts department operations, act as the primary point of contact for parts-related customer relations and sales, and handle customer service requests with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include managing inventory control, ensuring accuracy in billing and administrative duties, implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, training and supervising staff, and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, all while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
