Description of daily tasks: your responsibilities, your avenue to success:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Develop and implement effective and innovative sales strategies;
- Manage customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service;
- Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management;
- Train and develop the skills of the sales team;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience;
- Negotiate sales conditions and ensure that all transactions comply with company policies;
- Actively participate in marketing activities and promotional events to increase sales.
Profile:
- Significant experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive sector;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Customer focus: exceptional customer service, with attention to customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ambition: eager to take on challenges, focused on results and excellence, willing to give your ideas, even the boldest ones.
