What you'll be doing:
 

  • General maintenance, services, diagnosis, and accessories primarily on Toyota vehicles.
  • Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Vehicle inspections to determine if additional safety or service work is required and making recommendations accurately based on vehicle assessments and scheduled maintenance intervals.
  • Documentation of all findings and inspection results in accordance with Company and Manufacturer policies.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with other team members to ensure a smooth servicing process
  • General housekeeping and facility maintenance duties as necessary.


What we need from you:
 

  • MUST have completed Level 2 apprentice training with an appropriate number of completed hours.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be capable of lifting a minimum 50 lbs.
  • Have a valid British Columbia driver's license.
  • Be willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department.
  • Be committed to consistently delivering high quality level of customer service.
  • Experience in a dealership setting is considered an asset.
