What you'll be doing: 
• Supervise the operations of Front Desk Administration 
• Supervise the Sales Lot Attendants in order to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks 
• Supervise Part-Time Front Desk Coordinators 
• Work with all management teams to provide insight on cross-department functionality when it comes to aiding with guests and employees under span of control 
• Complete and provide oversight on daily tasks delegated by management 
• Managing vehicle inventory of new and used vehicles (i.e. input new and used vehicles into system, assign stock numbers to vehicles, create inventory records and maintain stock books) 
• Perform other various tasks that encompass the role 

What we need from you: 
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. 
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role and/or administrative experience 
• Has a strong acumen when it comes to leadership, organization and thinking outside the box 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong computer skills 
• Experience with CDK, Deskit and Excel is a strong asset.
