The Losier family's love affair with the Mitsubishi brand goes back a long way. Mr. Réjean Losier and his sons, Simon and Maxime, became devotees by participating in rally races behind the wheel of these iconic Japanese cars.
Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Mr. Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in Blainville in 2003, in partnership with Groupe Boisvert. It was the start of a great adventure!
Today, Groupe Losier, owner of 4 Mitsubishi dealerships and several recreational vehicle and used vehicle dealerships, has a bright future ahead of it. As a result, we're constantly on the lookout for new talent to add to our teams.
So here we are, discussing the position we have available.
Here's a DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS:
The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. Your duties will include
- Welcoming customers; greeting each customer with enthusiasm and determination
- Customer needs assessment; identifying customers' specific needs, including budget, model and feature preferences
- Vehicle presentation; explaining the features, options and benefits of the different vehicle models available, organizing test drives to enable customers to test drive the cars
- Advice and recommendations; providing personalized advice to help customers choose the vehicle that best suits their needs
- Price negotiation; discuss and negotiate prices with customers, taking into account discounts, promotions and trade-ins
- Sales file management; prepare and manage sales documentation
- After-sales follow-up; follow up with customers after purchase to ensure their satisfaction and build loyalty, possibly offering additional services or upgrades
- Product knowledge; keeping abreast of new models and technical specifications
- Sales target achievement; work to achieve sales targets set by management
- Team collaboration; working closely with other team members
