Porsche Rive-Sud, a member of the Lauzon Family, is currently looking for a Junior Service Advisor to join our dynamic team!

Responsibility - your mandate:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Take incoming calls to answer customers' technical questions;
- Support technical advisors in various tasks related to work order management;
- Follow-up on work in progress with customers;
- Perform any other related tasks according to the various needs of the department.

Requirements:

- You have experience in a similar position in a car dealership;
- You have multitasking skills, structure and organization;
- You are able to exercise sound priority management and follow up rigorously;
- You have good computer skills (knowledge of SDS [Serti] software a desirable asset).
