Are you an automotive enthusiast who stands out for the quality of the customer service you provide? We look forward to meeting you for our Service Advisor position!
In the performance of your duties, you will:
- Greet customers, take charge of their vehicles and define their needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Explain invoice details to customers;
- Answer the phone promptly and courteously;
- Promote our specials and preventive maintenance.
The following skills are required for this position:
- Outstanding customer service;
- Punctuality, professionalism and courtesy;
- Dynamism, involvement and empathy.
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset).
